WotC has provided a link via Dragon+ issue 3 to this module, which is 5 mini-scenarios linked together for a level 1-2 chain of adventures. You can download it here without having to mess with Dragon+, however!
Dragon+ issue 3 wasn't as bad as the prior two issues, but the bar has been set really, really low so I can't say I'd recommend messing with it just yet. But the module link was cool, so check it out.
