If presentation counts, MGT2 for sure. For ease of access, Cepheus Light is the best choice. An example: my own son scoffs at me when I show him CL, but begs me to teach him Traveller 2E or Starfinder entirely because those games look like they gave more going on graphically, even though Cepheus is the system he's have the easiest time learning. A game like Cepheus Light with high production standards would be amazing.
